The garden was thoroughly remodeled in 2016. Lawns were removed and replaced with native and low-water plantings. The garden is an artful composition of stacked stone benches, a bluestone path, patio, gravel sitting area and planted mounds. An extensive gray water catchment system was installed in the back garden and is integrated with the automatic irrigation system.
